Job summary

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Oracle DBA/APPS DBA Consultant to manage client Oracle databases and applications, ensuring performance and implementing backup/recovery strategies.

The role requires hands-on experience with RAC, Data Guard, ASM, and EBS, plus strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills; OCA/OCP is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle DBA/APPS DBA.
Strong knowledge of Oracle database administration and performance tuning.
Experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and ASM.
Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
Experience with database backup and recovery strategies.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Oracle certifications (e.g. OCA, OCP) are a plus.
