Job summary

The Cloudors is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud consultant to implement Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Recruiting modules in Saudi Arabia. You will configure workforce management and analytics, and support clients through design, build, test and go-live phases.

You will deliver training and post-go-live support, working with bilingual Arabic and English teams; 2+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience and certification preferred; real estate or construction HCM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification preferred.
• Bilingual (Arabic and English) preferred.
• Experience with real estate or construction industry HCM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Payroll, Talent Recruiting and related modules.
