AimGulf is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead rooms and guest services operations across Medina properties, driving daily operations, guest experiences, and commercial performance.

Ideal candidates will have 5–8 years of progressive hospitality management, a Bachelor’s degree, and proven leadership. You will manage teams in a fast-paced environment and utilize Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems to optimize budgets and operational performance.
