Job summary

Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Operations Lead to manage end-to-end local store and last-mile operations, driving productivity, safety and cost targets while helping launch new grocery delivery models.

You will lead L&D for Amazon Now KSA RDC, promote continuous improvement, perform 4M/5S audits, and stand in for the ACES Manager while ensuring strong customer-facing metrics.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience in data analysis to inform decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead on L&D across Amazon Now KSA RDC.
• Drive effective solutions to quality and network losses in KSA hubs.
• Drive continuous improvement to day-to-day operations.
• Manage end-to-end operations for multiple small sites; supervise last mile operations.
• Meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining cost targets and team morale.
• Drive performance management and develop training plans for riders.
• Continuously improve the delivery process and delivery performance.
• Conduct 4M and 5S audits daily at the delivery station.
• Stand-in for ACES Manager.
