Job summary

Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Operations Lead to manage end-to-end local store and last-mile operations, driving productivity, safety and cost targets while helping launch new grocery delivery models.

You will lead L&D for Amazon Now KSA RDC, promote continuous improvement, perform 4M/5S audits, and stand in for the ACES Manager while ensuring strong customer-facing metrics.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience in data analysis to inform decision-making processes.

Key job responsibilities
We’re seeking a Team lead for our Ultra Fast Grocery operations. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Leading on L&D across Amazon Now KSA RDC.

Driving effective solutions to quality and network losses in KSA hubs.

Driving continuous Improvement to day-to-day Operations.

Managing, on a daily basis, end to end operations for a combination of small sites. Supervising Last mile operations

Meeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.

Driving performance management of your team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for riders.

Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.

Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station on a daily basis.

Stand-in for ACES Manager.

Basic Qualifications

– 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
– Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
– Experience in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data to inform decision-making processes
