Job summary

Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) is seeking a Team Lead for Last Mile operations in KSA. You will manage end-to-end last mile activities for one large site or a group of sites, while meeting customer-facing metrics, safeguarding safety, and maintaining team morale and cost targets.

Responsibilities include coaching the DAs, driving performance with DSP partners, delivering training plans, and conducting 4M/5S and Safety GEMBA audits daily. A Bachelor's degree and fluent English are required.

Key job responsibilities

We're seeking a Team lead for UFG Last mile operations in KSA. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing, on a daily basis, end to end last mile operations for either one large site or a combination of small sites, supervising last mile dispatch operations:
• Meeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining operational / cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.
• Driving performance management of your team members and DSP partners. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for the DAs.
• Working closely with DSP to continuously improve the operations process and attain a sustained level of performance improvement.
• Conducting 4M / 5S and Safety GEMBA audits for the stores on a daily basis.
• Stand-in for Area Manager.
