AimGulf is seeking an Officer, Business Operations Support to coordinate HR-related and operations services. You will handle attendance in SAP, OT reviews, and payroll coordination for Alfanar projects, ensuring timely approvals and accurate processing.

The role requires Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration with 0–2 years of experience. Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and CATS is preferred, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• Strong MS Office proficiency and analytical skills.
• Experience with SAP and CATS is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Upload attendance for all Alfanar projects in SAP.
• Review OT and update SAP for nonstaff employees on Alfanar projects.
• Execute attendance change requests in the system.
• Ensure timely approvals to avoid salary delays.
• Close business trips in the system after travel verification.
• Coordinate payroll with vacation salaries.
• Review CATS for Alfanar projects and confirm salaries processing.
• Assist in testing CATS enhancements.
• Update system for transfers within departments, business units, and projects.
• Coordinate with Organizational Development to create position codes and fix reporting lines.
• Resolve system replication issues after transfers.
• Carry out planned activities to meet delivery schedules.
• Use resources efficiently to meet objectives on time and within cost.
• Provide periodic deviation/execution reports.
• Solve problems and escalate complex operational issues.
• Ensure quality controls and documentation; seek automation opportunities.
• Comply with policies, procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental controls.
