Job summary

Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) in Saudi Arabia seeks an Operations Lead to oversee end-to-end UTR operations at one large site or multiple small sites, ensuring safety, quality and productivity. You will coach, motivate and evaluate associates, manage performance metrics and drive continuous improvement with store teams.

As stand-in for Area Manager, you will implement training plans, conduct audits, and partner with merchants to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data to inform decision-making processes.

• Meeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining operational / quality targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.

• Working closely with merchant stakeholders to continuously improve the operations process and attain a sustained level of performance improvement.
• Conducting 4M / 5S and Safety GEMBA audits for the stores on a daily basis.
• Stand-in for Area Manager.

We are looking to hire an Operations Lead to join a team that redefines fast delivery, helps us build and run this new service for our customers, run 3P Store Operations.
