Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Lead to manage end-to-end UTR operations across sites, ensuring delivery performance and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will coach and develop the team, drive performance improvements with merchants, and conduct daily safety and efficiency audits. This role supports a fast-growing segment within AMET, delivering on our customer-obsessed mission.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end UTR operations for a large site or a group of sites.

• Collaborate with merchants to streamline operations processes and boost performance.
• Conduct 4M/5S and Safety GEMBA audits daily.
• Stand-in for Area Manager when needed.

We are looking to hire an Operations Lead to join a team that redefines fast delivery, helps us build and run this new service for our customers, run 3P Store Operations. You will ensure Amazon policies - including attendance tracking - are implemented and administered fairly and consistently. This includes motivating, coaching, reporting, and providing feedback of associates performance - including under the roof/on the road productivity, quality, and safety - as a means for achieving or exceeding Amazon expectations. Key job responsibilities

• Managing, on a daily basis, end to end UTR operations for either one large site or a combination of small sites, supervising store operations:
• Meeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining operational / quality targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.
• Driving performance management of your team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for the pickers.
• Working closely with merchant stakeholders to continuously improve the operations process and attain a sustained level of performance improvement.
• Conducting 4M / 5S and Safety GEMBA audits for the stores on a daily basis.
• Stand-in for Area Manager.

Basic Qualifications :

• 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data to inform decision-making processes

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree
