Job summary

noon is seeking a Logistics role in Riyadh with a Bachelor’s in Logistics or Supply Chain Management and at least 3 years in e-commerce logistics. You will partner with stakeholders, analyze data, and drive cost control while ensuring SOP compliance and smooth shift operations.

The role emphasizes building strong cross-functional relationships, contributing to health and safety initiatives, and delivering projects on time in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain management (or similar).
• Minimum 3 years of e-commerce logistics experience.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to enable strategic initiatives and improve financial performance.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build internal/external relationships.
• Develop project work plans and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Knowledge of Excel, BigQuery, Python; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Data Studio).

Responsibilities

• Deputize for the Shift as required.
• Carry out debriefs of all staff and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Follow SOPs and carry out duties accordingly.
• Perform security checks before the end of the shift.
• Assign work to staff to support workflow and metrics.
• Contribute to health and safety culture through compliant practices.
• Investigate logistics issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Manage logistics billing and cost control.
• Design and implement complex logistics projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
