Qualifications

• IT Diploma degree or related qualification.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-facing service skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Foundational knowledge of Windows/macOS OS, PC hardware, software, and basic networking.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities in support scenarios.
• Willingness to learn new IT tools and enterprise support frameworks.
• Saudi nationals only; on-site Khobar availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support to end-users across hardware and software platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic networking issues; manage tickets and SLA adherence.
• Install software, configure accounts, and assist with peripherals and desktops.
• Maintain clear communication with users via channels and ticketing portals.
• Work in rotational shifts: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, with 2 days off.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff and cross-functional teams.
• Document troubleshooting steps and maintainer knowledge base assets.
