Integrated Technical Solution Co. Ltd. in Jubail Industrial City seeks an experienced IT Specialist to own end-user support, network security, and systems maintenance in a robust enterprise environment.

You will manage IT assets, monitor LAN/WAN, and coordinate with vendors, with a strong emphasis on security, uptime, and operational excellence. Candidate must have CCNA/CompTIA and 2+ years of hands-on IT experience, and be available for on-site deployment in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or IS or equivalent.
Professional certifications CCNA, CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+), Microsoft, ITIL.
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on IT support, networking, and system troubleshooting.
Experience with enterprise network security baselines and IT security policies.

Responsibilities

Resolve end-user IT support tickets and maintain hardware/software inventories.
Monitor and secure network infrastructure, troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routers, switches.
Assist with user account administration, Active Directory, password resets.
Support system maintenance, OS patches, software deployments, endpoint security checks.
Maintain accurate IT asset records, licenses, and inventories.
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
Respond to IT support requests and diagnose connectivity issues.
Ensure compliance with corporate IT security policies.
Support backup procedures and disaster recovery readiness.
Document troubleshooting steps and incident resolution in ticketing systems.
