Qualifications

• Fluent in Urdu/Hindi and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and identify opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of handling high volume of leads and repetitive outreach.

Responsibilities

• Review and screen high volumes of inbound leads.
• Contact leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Understand prospect requirements and determine interest and suitability.
• Prioritize qualified/high-potential leads from others.
• Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
• Pass qualified leads to senior sales representatives.
• Ensure timely, professional follow-ups and meet targets.
