Job summary

Ibtdara is seeking a highly communicative and proactive Junior Sales Development Representative to join the growing sales team in Jeddah. You will qualify and manage inbound leads, acting as a first contact with potential customers and ensuring qualified leads pass to senior representatives.

The role requires fluent Urdu/Hindi and English, strong communication, and the ability to handle high-volume outreach. Training and growth opportunities are available within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Urdu/Hindi and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and identify opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of leads and repetitive outreach.
• Proactive, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Review and screen high volumes of inbound leads.
• Contact leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Understand prospect requirements and determine interest and suitability.
• Prioritize qualified/high-potential leads from others.
• Maintain accurate lead information and CRM records.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
• Pass qualified leads to senior sales reps for further discussions.
• Ensure leads are followed up professionally within timeframes.
• Meet lead qualification and response-time targets.
