Job summary

iWesabe in Saudi Arabia is hiring a Business Development Executive to grow its Odoo ERP and IT services pipeline. You will hunt for new business, build relationships with prospective clients, and shepherd conversations from initial contact to close.

The role suits a self-starter who can open cold conversations, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with sales and technical teams to shape proposals and win deals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales in IT or ERP.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems; Odoo experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and hit consistent sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the ERP and IT solutions market.
• Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, social channels, and referrals.
• Build and maintain client relationships rooted in understanding their business needs.
• Present and position iWesabe's Odoo ERP and IT services to prospective clients.
• Work with the sales and technical teams to shape proposals and close deals.
• Hit quarterly sales targets and contribute to company-level revenue growth.
• Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, and feed market signals back to the team.
