Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Regional Enablement Lead - META (Hybrid) to drive learning and growth across META sales teams. You will coach, mentor, and enable reps to improve productivity through sales tools, techniques, and MEDDPICC.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Global Field Enablement and requires building scalable enablement programs, collaborating with stakeholders, and leveraging AI in training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional and engaging interpersonal communication style across virtual and in-person settings.
• 5+ years experience in SaaS sales or sales leadership in complex environments.
• Recognized certifications in leading sales methodologies and coaching frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC).
• Ability to influence, align teams, and manage multiple priorities with strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and mentoring that incorporates sales strategy and methodology.
• Develop annual and quarterly enablement plans with data-driven gaps identified.
• Lead enablement programs to drive sales productivity and reduce ramp time.
• Collaborate with leaders to build processes reinforcing key learnings and content updates.
• Incorporate AI-powered tools to enhance training delivery and knowledge retention.
