BD is seeking a Marketing Leader META to drive the strategic marketing agenda for Connected Care across the Middle East, Africa and Turkey regions. The role translates global and META strategies into locally relevant plans to address diverse healthcare systems and customer needs.

You will lead annual operating plans, launch excellence, demand generation, and commercial enablement to support sustainable, profitable growth. The position serves as the regional voice of the customer and market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, life sciences, pharmacy, engineering, healthcare management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, commercial leadership, product management, or business development.
• Experience within Medical Devices, MedTech, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Digital Health industries.
• Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams in a complex matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute the Connected Care META marketing strategy aligned with global priorities and regional objectives.
• Portfolio Management & Market Development: Lead lifecycle, launches, portfolio optimization and market access strategies.
• Commercial Excellence & Demand Generation: Drive integrated campaigns, align with sales, and measure ROI.
• Customer & Competitive Intelligence: Gather insights and translate into actionable business recommendations.
• Product Launch & Campaign Excellence: Lead commercialization plans and digital marketing initiatives.
• Financial Management: Oversee regional marketing budget and forecast processes.
• Leadership & Talent Development: Coach regional marketing teams and build capabilities across functions.
