Job summary

Delinea is seeking a Director of Sales Engineering to lead a team of SEs across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa. This leadership role reports to the EMEA VP of Sales Engineering and focuses on revenue growth, pipeline, and go-to-market execution across META.

You will influence product strategy with a client-centric voice and drive cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing. The role requires deep experience building regional programs, managing multi-country

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading go-to-market teams.
• Experience leading Sales Engineering teams across META or similar multi-country emerging markets.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams across diverse markets and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Create and cultivate a culture of Sales Engineering excellence across META.
• Define an operational excellence model and align KPIs with Sales Leadership.
• Develop Delinea's SE talent program and onboarding milestones (90 days).
• Support SE Enablement standards aligned to KPIs and go-to-market priorities.
• Identify SE-led programs to create pipeline and participate in EMEA initiatives.
• Uphold demo & POC standards with value positioning tailored to META.
• Engage partner ecosystem with regional KPIs and programs.
• Coordinate with Product Management as voice of the client for META requirements.
• Ensure alignment of organizational structure with go-to-market execution.
• Act as Executive Sponsor on key accounts and partnerships in the region.
