Job summary

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking an MEP Manager to lead all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities for a high-rise tower project in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee design reviews, construction, testing and commissioning, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery while coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in MEP works for high-rise tower projects.
• Mandatory experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• PMC (Project Management Consultancy) experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MEP design review construction testing and commissioning activities for the project.
• Coordinate with architects structural engineers contractors and authorities to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Review and approve MEP drawings material submittals method statements and technical proposals.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi codes standards project specifications and international best practices.
• Monitor project schedules budgets and quality benchmarks related to MEP works.
• Identify risks technical issues and design conflicts and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Supervise contractors and site teams to ensure safe execution and high-quality workmanship.
• Oversee testing commissioning and handover of MEP systems to ensure operational readiness.
• Prepare regular progress reports and provide technical input to senior management and clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in MEP works for high-rise tower projects.
• Mandatory experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• PMC (Project Management Consultancy) experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, standards, and commissioning processes.
• Proven leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
