Job summary

Casais Integration on site in Riyadh seeks an experienced MEP Site Manager to lead coordination of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related trades for large-scale projects. You will manage subcontractors, monitor progress against the master programme and ensure quality and safety on site.

You will review drawings, submittals, and material take-offs, drive recovery plans for slippage, and ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code and authorities. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 10–12 years of experience with MEP contracting companies.
• Proven experience with a main contractor coordinating on-site MEP works.
• Hands-on in material take-off, unit rates, tender support.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contractor's MEP focal point on site, coordinating HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other trades.
• Review subcontractors' scope, plans, and resource loading; drive recovery when needed.
• Monitor progress against master programme; issue look-ahead and delay notices.
• Coordinate MEP with civil/structural trades and manage coordination meetings.
• Review shop drawings and submittals; track approvals to closure.
• Ensure compliance with SBC, Civil Defence, and local authorities; enforce HSE.
• Witness pre-commissioning tests and verify handover package delivery.

Act as the main contractor s MEP focal point on site managing and coordinating the appointed MEP subcontractors across HVAC electrical plumbing drainage firefighting fire alarm and ELV nbsp Review the MEP subcontractor s scope method statements mobilisation plan and resource loading and hold them accountable for manpower productivity and programme commitments nbsp Monitor MEP subcontractor progress against the master programme issue look-ahead requirements and delay notices and drive recovery plans where slippage occurs nbsp Coordinate MEP works with civil structural facade and finishing trades -services routing builder s work openings sleeves and inserts and manage the site MEP coordination meetings nbsp Review and comment on the subcontractor s shop drawings coordinated services layouts and material submittals before submission to the consultant and track approvals to closure nbsp Ensure MEP works comply with the Saudi Building Code SBC and with the requirements of Civil Defence the electricity and water authorities and the municipality nbsp Apply the international standards commonly -ASHRAE NFPA SMACNA IEC BS nbsp Manage RFIs and technical queries between the subcontractor consultant and design team and resolve site constraints and design gaps as they arise nbsp Track subcontractor procurement material submittals and long-lead deliveries against the programme and verify delivered material against approved submittals nbsp Enforce the project quality plan on the subcontractor s work nbsp Witness and monitor pre-commissioning testing carried out by the subcontractor and specialist vendors nbsp Ensure the subcontractor delivers the complete handover package -as-built drawings O M manuals test and commissioning records warranties and authority approvals nbsp Verify subcontractor measured quantities monthly progress claims and variation submissions against work executed and contract rates nbsp Identify price and submit MEP site variations and additional works to the client and maintain the variation register and supporting records nbsp Enforce Casais and Saudi HSE requirements on all MEP activities nbsp Issue daily weekly and monthly MEP progress reports nbsp Represent the MEP works in site meetings with the client consultant and authorities and maintain complete site records and correspondence nbsp Support the estimation team during new tenders with MEP quantity take-offs scope reviews and verification of tender BOQ quantities nbsp Assist in preparing MEP enquiry packages and technical scopes of work and in the technical levelling and comparison of subcontractor and supplier offers nbsp

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.10 – 12 years of experience with MEP contracting companies, including a solid track record of project delivery in the Saudi Arabia.Proven experience with a main contractor managing and coordinating MEP subcontractors on site; previous experience with an MEP subcontractor is an advantage.Experience on commercial and residential building projects.Completed at least two full project cycles in a lead MEP site role.Sound working knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and the local authority approval process.Hands‑on experience in MEP material take‑off and in building up and applying MEP unit rates, with exposure to tender and estimation support.Comfortable working from drawings, specifications and BOQs; proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.Good command of English.Valid Saudi driving license.
