Job summary

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities for a high-rise tower project in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure design compliance, construction quality, safety, and timely delivery while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and deep knowledge of Saudi codes and international best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in MEP works for high-rise tower projects.
• Mandatory experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• PMC (Project Management Consultancy) experience is highly preferred.
• Relevant professional membership (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MEP design review, construction, testing, and commissioning activities for the project.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and authorities to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Review and approve MEP drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical proposals.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi codes, standards, project specifications, and international best practices.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks related to MEP works.
• Identify risks, technical issues, and design conflicts, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Supervise contractors and site teams to ensure safe execution and high-quality workmanship.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems to ensure operational readiness.
• Prepare regular progress reports and provide technical input to senior management and clients.
