Job summary

GulfRakza in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province seeks a Business Development and Sales professional to identify and develop new opportunities in MEP construction and contracting sectors, targeting contractors, consultants, and industrial clients.

You will manage market development, project tracking from tender to procurement, and build strong relationships with engineers, project managers, and procurement teams to generate qualified enquiries and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering or a related technical field.
• Relevant experience in MEP contracting, construction, technical sales or business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new opportunities in MEP construction and contracting sectors.
• Track projects from tender through procurement and engage key decision makers.
• Provide technical sales support and coordinate with estimation, procurement, and operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with engineers, consultants and project teams.
• Coordinate quotations, ensure margins, and pursue cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop repeat business from completed projects.
