Job summary

Kinetic Business Solutions is partnering with a reputable Medical Device company in Riyadh to recruit a Service Operations Coordinator. Due to Nationalization requirements, the role is open to Saudi nationals only. You will coordinate field service engineers, manage service requests, and maintain records across service calls and warranties.

Strong organisational skills and English fluency are essential. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in customer service or service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or service coordination.
• Experience coordinating field service engineers, client visits, and maintenance activities.
• Experience in medical, laboratory, analytical or scientific equipment is preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills; problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule field service engineers for customer visits, maintenance, installations and support.
• Manage customer service requests with timely responses and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, equipment details and customer communications.
• Coordinate service quotations, spare parts, service contracts and warranty activities.
• Monitor ongoing service jobs and follow up with engineers for timely completion.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, manufacturers and internal departments to support service delivery.
• Prepare service reports and monitor key service performance indicators.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations to improve service efficiency and satisfaction.
