Job summary

Kinetic in Riyadh is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator for a leading Medical Device company. You will coordinate field service engineers, schedule customer visits, manage service requests, and keep precise records to ensure top-tier service delivery.

Required: minimum 2 years in customer service or service coordination, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, fluent English, and strong MS Office/CRM skills. Experience in medical equipment is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating field service engineers, customer visits, maintenance, installations and technical support.
• Strong English, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule field service engineers for customer visits, maintenance, installations, and technical support.
• Manage customer service requests, ensuring timely responses, follow-up, and resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, equipment details, and customer communications.
• Coordinate service quotations, spare parts, service contracts, and warranty‑related activities.
• Monitor ongoing service jobs and follow up with engineers to ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to support service delivery.
• Prepare service reports and monitor key service performance indicators.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations, supporting improvements in service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
