Job summary

Mace Consult is seeking a MEA regional managing director to set strategy and lead delivery across the Middle East and Africa. You will be accountable for growth, profitability, and people outcomes, translating regional priorities into actions and building a scalable organization.

You will connect regional demand with global capability, drive transformation, and lead a high-performing leadership team to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes across major infrastructure and capital programmes.

Qualifications

• Established executive leader with ability to grow and transform a complex multi-country consultancy business.
• Proven track record of full P&L ownership, revenue growth and operational performance.
• Deep knowledge of construction and infrastructure consultancy, including programme/project management.
• Significant Middle East leadership experience with Saudi Arabia/UAE familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Direct the MEA strategy and business plan, aligning regional priorities with growth ambitions.
• Own the hub’s financial and operating performance including revenue, profitability and working capital.
• Build a scalable regional operating model with clear accountabilities, planning and controls.
• Lead transformation and organizational change, translating strategy into action.
• Create a cohesive leadership team with clear talent plans to grow the region.
• Drive market expansion by setting sector priorities and converting pipeline into growth.
• Lead strategic client relationships and act as executive sponsor for priority government and private accounts.
• Connect regional demand with global capability to grow priority accounts and cross-sell services.
• Represent Mace Consult with clients, partners and government/regulatory stakeholders.
• Use insights to strengthen forecasting and allocate resources effectively.
• Champion digital tools and automation to boost productivity and quality.
• Own governance, quality, risk and sustainability across the region.
