The MEA regional managing director will set the strategy for Mace Consult across the Middle East and Africa, lead its delivery and be accountable for the region’s growth, commercial performance and people outcomes.

The role will turn Mace Consult’s strategy into clear regional priorities, strengthen market positioning and priority client relationships and convert the region’s pipeline into sustainable and profitable growth.

Qualifications

• This is an established executive leadership role overseeing a multi-country consultancy business.
• Proven track record of translating strategy into results and leading large teams.
• Strong commercial discipline with experience in growth, profitability and operating model design.
• Experience influencing boards and senior stakeholders across government and private sector.

Responsibilities

• Direct the MEA strategy and business plan, aligning with Mace Consult’s vision and growth.
• Own financial and operating performance including revenue, profitability and cash flow.
• Build a scalable regional operating model with clear accountabilities and controls.
• Lead transformation and change across the Middle East and Africa.
• Develop a high-performing leadership team with clear talent plans.
• Drive market expansion by setting sector priorities and growing priority accounts.
• Manage key government and major client relationships as executive sponsor.
• Connect regional demand with global capability to capture opportunities.
• Represent Mace Consult with clients, partners and regulatory stakeholders.
• Use insights to improve forecasting and resource allocation; champion digital tools and sustainability.
