AtkinsRéalis seeks a Market Director – Defense to lead strategy, growth, and client engagement across the Middle East. You will drive revenue, manage P&L, and oversee portfolio performance while shaping regional opportunities with host nation ministries, OEMs, and design-build contractors.

The role demands a strong leadership presence, risk management, and deep Defence sector experience, with travel across the Middle East and a preference for a Master’s degree and professional accreditation.

Formación

• Extensive experience in Defence or Secure Government sectors.
• Senior leadership with growth, P&L, and team leadership responsibilities.
• Track record in winning and delivering major programmes and strategic pursuits.

• Own and execute Defense market strategy across the Middle East region.
• Lead client engagements with host nation ministries, OEMs, and partners.
• Drive revenue, profitability, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Develop and manage high-performing, inclusive teams and risk controls.
