Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a Client Relations Specialist based in Riyadh to drive day-to-day client registration and RFP activities as part of the Middle East team. You will coordinate across six entities, lead BD team huddles, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting of registrations and proposals.

You will work closely with Treasury and internal teams to manage bid timelines, provide operational support, and maintain data hygiene in CRM systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in bid/proposal management, business development activities, client relations operations, within professional services, consulting, or advisory firms.
• Professional proficiency in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
• Experience with portals such as Oracle, SAP Ariba, Etimad, and similar enterprise platforms for supplier registration, bid management, and client engagement.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms, including pipeline reporting and data hygiene.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce clear operational reports and updates.

Mansioni

• Manage and delegate client registration and RFP management requests across all six current legal entities operating in the region.
• Lead the weekly BD team huddle to align priorities, pipeline updates, and coverage needs.
• Process client registration requests, refreshes, and renewals across all our CRM portals.
• Serve as the point of contact between clients and internal teams for meeting requests, clarification questions, and status updates.
• Ensure continuous and accurate documenting, tracking and reporting by team members and team reps of client registrations and RFP submissions.
• Oversee the management of bid and performance bond expiry timelines, coordinating extensions and renewals as required in collaboration with Treasury.
• Provide on-the-ground operational support, including the collection and facilitation of signed contracts and the collection and delivery of bid bonds.
• Provide backup coverage for Client Relations Coordinators and Assistants during peak workloads, leave, or absences.
• Support additional Client Relations and Business Development initiatives and undertake other ad hoc responsibilities as required.
