Job summary

Client of AreebHR in Riyadh is seeking an Account Management Specialist to join the team. You will manage client accounts, build strong relationships, understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver HR and recruitment solutions.

The role requires 6 months to 2 years in account management or client relations, good English communication, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and basic knowledge of invoicing and payment collection.

Qualifications

• Saudi national.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Account Management or Client Relations.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of invoicing and payment collection.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and maintain strong long-term relationships.
• Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and promote additional HR and recruitment services.
• Follow up on invoice issuance and ensure invoices are sent to clients on time.
• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with clients to ensure timely collection of overdue invoices.
