Job summary

Areeb Human Resources, a Riyadh-based HR solutions provider, seeks an Account Management Specialist to manage client accounts and build lasting relationships in Riyadh. You will coordinate with internal teams to deliver HR and recruitment services, monitor satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of experience in account management or client relations, strong communication, and good organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Account Management or Client Relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and promote additional HR and recruitment services.
• Follow up on invoice issuance and ensure invoices are sent to clients on time.
• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with clients to ensure timely collection of overdue invoices.
