Job summary

Zahid Industries in Jeddah seeks a Manufacturing Support Engineer-ZI to ensure tools and methods meet quality and safety standards. You will support production, participate in cross-functional problem solving, and ensure drawings and tech data are current in the production flow.

Qualifications

Job Summary

• Ensuring that the methods and the tools used in the process fulfill the quality requirements and that they are in accordance with the safety rules of the project.

Key Accountabilities

• Improvements in the tooling and fixtures in the operation, focusing on making the process more efficient, increasing quality, or making it safer and more comfortable for the workers.
• Take part in or support project groups temporarily formed to solve problems concerning multiple areas or functions.
• Participate in identifying and finding solutions to problems in the production process, particularly those related to tools and fixtures.
• Ensure that the latest revisions of drawings and technical data are in use within the production flow.
• Support production activities and inquiries.
• Coordinate with manufacturing engineers to improve technical packages.

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

• Educational Qualifications and Certifications: University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent specializations.
• Knowledge: Tool design, fabrication methods, safety, and environmental standards.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic with good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience: Fresh graduate with 0 2 years of experience.
