The HR Game in Riyadh is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the implementation and maintenance of quality standards across the manufacturing process.

You will develop inspection plans, analyze non-conformities and rejection data, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with Production and Technical Office teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of RCA and quality tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop inspection plans and technical quality standards for new products and production processes.
  • Review drawings and specs to identify critical inspection points before production.
  • Analyze NCRs, rejection and return data to identify recurring issues and root causes.
  • Prepare and update SOPs and inspection work instructions.
  • Support investigations of complex quality issues and customer complaints.
  • Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and verify effectiveness on the shop floor.
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Technical Office teams to meet quality requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to Quality Inspectors on new standards and equipment.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to support the implementation and maintenance of quality standards across the manufacturing process. The role is responsible for developing inspection plans, analyzing non-conformities and rejection data, identifying root causes, and following up on corrective actions in coordination with Production and Technical Office teams.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop inspection plans and technical quality standards for new products and production processes

  • Review technical drawings and specifications to identify critical inspection points before production

  • Analyze Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), rejection, and return data to identify recurring issues and root causes

  • Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and inspection work instructions

  • Support technical investigations related to complex or recurring quality issues and customer complaints

  • Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness on the production floor

  • Participate in the technical and quality evaluation of new suppliers

  • Prepare periodic reports on quality KPIs, including rejection rates, recurring defects, and closure time

  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Technical Office teams to ensure quality requirements are met

  • Provide technical training and guidance to Quality Inspectors on new inspection standards and equipment when required


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Science, or a related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing quality

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and quality tools

  • Experience in preparing technical reports and documenting inspection results

  • Very good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

  • Good knowledge of quality standards and manufacturing processes

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams


Preferred Qualifications


  • ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification

  • Training or certification in Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
