Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily mall operations with a focus on efficiency, safety, and high service standards.
• Oversee maintenance, cleaning, security, and third‑party contracts to ensure timely, quality service.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, policies, mall standards, safety requirements, and regulations.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Maintenance, Leasing, Tenant Relations, Marketing, Customer Experience and other teams to deliver plans.
• Manage service providers and teams to ensure performance and contract compliance.
• Ensure tenants comply with mall standards and help resolve issues and complaints.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for cost-effective operations.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve mall positioning, customer experience and operational excellence.
