Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Malls to oversee the safe, efficient, and seamless day-to-day operations of a shopping mall. The role covers facilities management, security, housekeeping, parking, and vendor oversight to ensure a high-quality experience for tenants and visitors.

You will manage daily operations, supervise maintenance including HVAC and life safety systems, lead security and incident response, and coordinate with tenants on fit-outs.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in FM, engineering, business admin or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in mall ops or large commercial properties.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily mall operations and ensure readiness.
• Manage facilities: HVAC, electrical, fire & life safety, elevators & escalators.
• Lead security operations, emergency preparedness, and incident response.
• Oversee outsourced service providers and ensure SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with tenants on fit-outs, renovations, and operational issues.
• Oversee parking and traffic operations.
• Monitor budgets, cost control, and service performance.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, fire, Civil Defense, and regulatory requirements.
• Support major events, promotions, and high-footfall periods.
