Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Red Sea Shura Island is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in attracting, selecting and hiring top talent for opening and ongoing operations. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will oversee recruitment activities while ensuring alignment with Four Seasons’ culture, service philosophy, and brand standards.

You will supervise end-to-end recruitment, partner with department heads, screen and interview candidates, and coordinate sourcing

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in talent acquisition, luxury hospitality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and interviewing techniques.
• Experience with HR systems and applicant tracking; Workday is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management.
• Pre-opening experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Local nationals only as per Saudi labor law.

Responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple departments.
• Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and sourcing initiatives locally and internationally.
• Ensure postings, candidate tracking, and hiring through Workday.
• Maintain recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and compliance documentation.
• Support pre-employment processes including offers and onboarding coordination.
• Promote Four Seasons as an employer of choice and deliver a positive candidate experience.
