Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment for the pre‑opening team and ongoing operations. You will collaborate with the Director of People & Culture to attract, select, and hire top talent aligned with Four Seasons’ culture and standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory recruitment experience, strong interviewing skills, knowledge of employer branding, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employer branding.
• Fluent in English; local Saudi national status.

Responsibilities

• Supervise end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple departments.
• Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and sourcing locally and internationally.
• Ensure postings, tracking, and processes are managed through Workday.
• Maintain recruitment reports, metrics and compliance documentation.
• Support pre‑employment processes including offers and background checks.
• Promote Four Seasons as an employer of choice and ensure a positive candidate experience.
