Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts – Red Sea is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping operations across the resort, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

You will manage guest rooms, public areas and laundry, train the team, coordinate with Engineering and Front Office, and control budgets to deliver exceptional service at a luxury, pre-opening property on Shura Island.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Manager.
• Resort experience is highly preferred.
• Luxury hotel environment experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and laundry
• Ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently maintained
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas
• Train, coach, and develop the housekeeping team to deliver outstanding service
• Manage schedules, staffing levels, and departmental budgets
• Coordinate with Engineering and Front Office to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage supplies effectively
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
