Job summary

TASC Outsourcing is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a premium Riyadh retail store. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, maintain luxury standards, and develop the retail team in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes clienteling, high-quality customer service, and strong leadership to deliver exceptional experiences for VIP customers and ensure consistent brand presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or luxury retail, in roles such as Assistant Store Manager or Senior Sales.
• Experience with luxury beauty or premium brands is highly preferred.
• Strong sales, customer service and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and sales targets.
• Lead and motivate the retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs and team productivity.
• Ensure luxury brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines are followed.
• Engage clients and build relationships with VIP and high-value customers.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain high satisfaction.
• Assist with staff scheduling, attendance, training and performance management.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory accuracy and product availability.
• Support promotions, new product launches and other commercial initiatives.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence to ensure smooth operations.
