Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred; 3–5 years in luxury retail management is required, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating VIP clients in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience within a luxury watch or fine jewellery boutique.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing luxury retail teams.
• Strong VIP, VVIP and high-net-worth client management capabilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the boutique in achieving and exceeding sales targets and commercial objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sustainable business growth.
• Monitor KPIs and take action to maximize performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP, VVIP and high-net-worth clients.
• Lead, coach, and develop the boutique sales team.
• Oversee boutique operations, merchandising, inventory, and reporting.
