TASC Outsourcing is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a premium Riyadh retail store. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, maintain luxury standards, and develop the retail team in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes clienteling, high-quality customer service, and strong leadership to deliver exceptional experiences for VIP customers and ensure consistent brand presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or luxury retail, in roles such as Assistant Store Manager or Senior Sales.
• Experience with luxury beauty or premium brands is highly preferred.
• Strong sales, customer service and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and sales targets.
• Lead and motivate the retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs and team productivity.
• Ensure luxury brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines are followed.
• Engage clients and build relationships with VIP and high-value customers.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain high satisfaction.

The role will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, maintain high brand standards, and support the development of the retail team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and achieving sales targets.
• Lead and motivate the retail team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and team productivity.
• Ensure the store consistently reflects luxury brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Support clienteling and relationship-building with VIP and high-value customers.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance management.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory accuracy, replenishment, and product availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and retail standards.
• Support promotional activities, new product launches, and other commercial initiatives.
• Act as the Store Manager when required and ensure smooth store operations in their absence.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail management or luxury retail, preferably as an Assistant Store Manager, Deputy Store Manager, Supervisor, or Senior Sales role.
• Experience within luxury beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, perfumes, or premium retail is required.
• Exposure to recognized luxury or premium brands is highly preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills with a commercial mindset.
• Experience managing, coaching, and motivating retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship and clienteling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
