Job summary

Basiqat by Mantis is seeking a Government Relations Supervisor to join our pre-opening team in Riyadh. You will manage government-related transactions, ensure regulatory compliance under Saudi labor laws, and maintain vital relationships with government authorities.

The role supports employee onboarding, Saudization compliance, and ongoing government relations operations across the new property. Strong knowledge of government platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years in Government Relations, hospitality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and Saudization requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher Business, GOSI and Mudad.

Responsibilities

• Manage government transactions, permits and licenses.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor and immigration regulations.
• Coordinate with government authorities like MHRSD, Jawazat, GOSI, and others.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on operational impact.
• Maintain records of government correspondence, licenses and renewals.
• Handle government platforms for employee services and onboarding.
• Support Saudization and labor compliance reporting and audits.
• Assist pre-opening activities with government accounts and approvals.
• Maintain relationships with government representatives and service providers.
