Job summary

Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to maximize booked revenues across segments. The role focuses on national and international accounts and ensuring timely responses to inquiries for a luxury resort property.

The successful candidate will train agents, manage scheduling, monitor call conversions, and support revenue management systems. Pre-opening experience is a plus and a proactive ownership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Training and Development or Hotel Management.
• Working knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in hotel or resort environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reservation inquiries are handled professionally and promptly.
• Train agents to maintain and improve reservation selling skills.
• Resolve guest issues to protect revenue and satisfaction.
• Maintain department schedule for coverage and high conversion.
• Run reports and maintain PMS/Revenue systems as required.
• Oversee administrative procedures and maintain filing systems.
