Job summary

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Luxury Concierge/Guest Relations professional for Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea, a flagship project in the Red Sea Project. This role prioritizes personalized, anticipatory service, with expertise in dining, entertainment, and exclusive local experiences.

Candidates should have 2–3 years in a 5-star luxury hotel, Les Clefs d’Or certification (desirable), and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a luxury hotel concierge or guest relations role (5-star or ultra-luxury preferred).
• Les Clefs d’Or certification or eligibility is highly desirable.
• Exceptional knowledge of the local destination, luxury lifestyle offerings, and high-end clientele expectations.
• Proven ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver bespoke experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, anticipatory, and personalized service to all guests.
• Offer expert recommendations for dining, entertainment, cultural experiences, transportation, and exclusive local attractions.
• Handle guest requests efficiently, creatively, and discreetly, ensuring prompt follow-up and flawless execution.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of guest preferences and personal occasions to tailor interactions.
• Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, Butler Service, F&B, Spa, and Security for seamless experiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and luxury vendors for exclusive access.
• Manage reservations, ticketing, transportation, and special requests with precision.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions in the property management system.
• Uphold grooming, etiquette, and brand standards as a Fairmont ambassador.
• Protect guest confidentiality and participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge.
