Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay is seeking a Guest Services Agent for its pre-opening team. You will welcome guests, handle luggage, and coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, and Valet to ensure seamless arrivals and departures, throughout pre-opening and daily operations.

Ideal candidates bring guest services experience, energetic and service-driven personalities, and fluent English. Saudi driving license and eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or bell desk within luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Fluent English required; strong communication and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-opening tasks including setups and training for arrivals and departures.
• Greet guests on arrival/departure, assist with luggage and provide resort information.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, and Valet to ensure smooth guest movement.
• Assist VIP guests and respond to special requests with care.
• Maintain welcoming guest areas at entrance and lobby.
• Deliver items to rooms and support room moves as needed.
• Monitor guest feedback and support service recovery when necessary.
• Uphold Four Seasons service standards and professional appearance.
