Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay is seeking a technically skilled Engineering Manager to lead the pre-opening team. You will oversee daily maintenance and operational efficiency of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems, ensuring safety, comfort, and luxury.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will manage the engineering and maintenance team, supervise inspections, drive preventive maintenance, and support equipment installation and testing

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Proven leadership in engineering or facilities management.
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with fire life safety systems and emergency protocols.
• Experience with budget planning and cost control.
• Ability to manage pre-opening activities and equipment install.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance and operational efficiency of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life-safety systems.
• Lead and mentor the engineering and maintenance team to deliver high standards.
• Supervise inspections to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Manage preventive maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, pools and critical systems.
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety and building codes.
• Oversee department budgets and energy-management initiatives.
• Support pre-opening setup, testing and readiness activities.
• Drive training and development to uphold Four Seasons standards.
