FAENA The Red Sea is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to be the first point of contact and to deliver personalized, precise service that brings the brand to life. You will ensure every guest interaction is seamless from check-in to departure, with warmth and a genuine hospitality mindset.

In this role you will coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Butler, Housekeeping and Engineering teams, manage guest preferences, and support reservations, payments, and guest information workflows to create

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Min 1 year experience in Front Office or Guest Relations in luxury settings.
• Excellent communication and guest-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Forbes-standard front office service and luxury hospitality expectations.
• Manage guest arrivals/departures and ensure a seamless, welcoming experience.
• Act as liaison between Front Office, Concierge, Butler, Housekeeping and Engineering.
• Handle guest accounts, payments, and cashiering with accuracy.
• Maintain guest profiles and assist with luggage and airport transfers when needed.
• Promote resort facilities and upsell services while ensuring safety procedures.
