Job summary

InterContinental Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay for guests at The Red Sea Resort. The role includes handling inquiries, assisting with reservations, and supporting check-in/check-out processes to guarantee a smooth guest journey.

You will coordinate guest services across departments, address complaints promptly, and stay informed about local attractions to offer tailored recommendations for an exceptional experience.

• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly; escalate when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and local attractions to provide informed recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and prepare reports.
• Monitor lobby area to ensure safety and security.
