Job summary

InterContinental Hotels & Resorts in Umluj (The Red Sea Resort) is hiring a Guest Experience Agent to ensure guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay. You will handle inquiries, reservations, check-in/check-out, and coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests.

The role requires excellent communication, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and in-depth knowledge of local attractions to provide accurate recommendations.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective spoken and written English communications.

Responsibilities

• Handling guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Managing reservations by phone, including modifications and cancellations.
• Greeting guests and assisting with check-in/check-out for a smooth experience.
• Coordinating guest services such as transportation, dining, and tours.
• Addressing guest complaints promptly and escalating when needed.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and local attractions for accurate guidance.
• Keeping accurate records of guest interactions and requests.
• Monitoring lobby safety and coordinating with security where required.
