Qualifications

• Experience handling telephone enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workflow and service sequence, providing hands-on support.
• Monitors cashiering to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Monitors customer satisfaction and responds to feedback.
• Informs Outlet Manager of complaints and negative guest feedback.
• Uses customer history to assist in guest recognition.
• Suggests improvements to SOPs and restaurant operations.
