Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with reservation systems and POS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and seat them efficiently.
• Manage seating based on party size, preferences, and availability.
• Address guest inquiries promptly and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain guest profiles in the reservation system and record preferences.
• Coordinate with servers to ensure timely seating and service.
• Uphold front-of-house standards and contribute to a positive atmosphere.
• Assist with front-of-house operations and keep areas tidy.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and warmth.
